This Privacy Policy explains what information Valhalla-X ("the Bot") collects, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect and store the following Discord-provided data:

  • Discord User IDs: To track economy balances, leveling XP, warnings, and custom settings.
  • Discord Server (Guild) IDs & Channel IDs: To save server-specific configurations like welcome channels, automod settings, and 24/7 music setups.
  • Message Content: Message content is only processed when necessary. We read messages to enforce Automod filters, play chat games, execute commands, and save support ticket transcripts. Message content is not permanently logged unless explicitly required (e.g., ticket transcripts).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used for the internal functioning of the bot. It allows us to:

  • Assign roles and send welcome messages.
  • Moderate servers automatically based on server rules.
  • Maintain global leaderboards for economy and leveling.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely in a MongoDB database. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

4. Data Removal

If you wish to have your data removed from our database, you can leave the servers where the bot is active, or contact the developer directly via our Support Server to request a full data wipe associated with your Discord User ID.

Terms of Service

By inviting Valhalla-X to your Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the bot to violate Discord's official Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You may not:

  • Intentionally spam commands to crash or lag the bot.
  • Exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage in the economy or leveling systems.
  • Use the bot's features to harass other users.

2. Service Availability

Valhalla-X is provided "as is". While we strive for 24/7 uptime (especially for our music features), we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages.

3. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist any User ID or Server ID from using Valhalla-X if they are found abusing the bot, exploiting its systems, or violating these Terms of Service.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes have been made implies acceptance of the new terms.
